Guardian Live Web Chat

Fashion Enter and FashionCapital Director; Jenny Holloway was invited by the Guardian website to provide advice to budding fashion enthusiasts via a live web chat on the guardian website yesterday following on from the article “Becoming a Fashion Designer”. The Guardian commented:

‘We had a lively discussion — some of the key themes discussed were the importance of networking, having a good portfolio and how many jobs are found on spec or via word of mouth.

It was useful to hear about Jenny’s background and experience, and her advice around understanding the design cycle process was really fascinating.

It was great to hear more about Fashion Enter’s work and alert our budding fashionista readers to the organisation’s services.’

Boutique Pick of the Week

Wow the crowds with this leather trouser and slouch top combo. This gorgeous off the shoulder grey top has striking wide sleeves to show just enough arm and screams femininity for only £145.  It looks great with statement dark grey leather trousers. This sexy, smouldering look can be casual or throw on a pair of heels for instant glam. You can achieve this look at the fcboutique.co.uk.

Until next time, have a great week
