IS NOW CONFIRMED AS FOLLOWS:

Vinopolis – No. 1 Bank End London SE1 9BU
(Situated on the South Bank)
We are absolutely delighted to have TopShop on board who will be awarding a unique prize to a “Rising Star” designer of £5,000. Again we are working with the talented crew from the Welsh Clothing and Textile Association and Huw Williams stated “Select Profile 5 is bound to be a winner again. In Wales we have been inundated with requests for our designers to participate in this one-of-its-kind event. There is no other event that showcases designers to top quality accounts such as Debenhams, House of Fraser, Hobbs and now to have TopShop as well is fantastic news. Roll on March 9th”

Please visit the site tommorow where you will be able to view the Profile 4 video. We will also have an overview of Profile 5 on the home page. Designers will be able to apply on line for Profile 5, there will be an application form which will be located in the events section on FashionCapital.
For press enquiries please contact Mr Ed’s on: 020 7 613 1133.
More good news. The Bluewater Boutique sales are continuing to go through the roof to such an extent that we are now planning a consumer fashion show on February 10th and 11th. Here shoppers will be able to meet and greet designers showcasing at the boutique and a catwalk show lasting 20 minutes will be available during the course of the two days. Only designers selling at the Bluewater boutique will be exhibited at the fashion show.
It still gets better! Nick Fenner our legal eagle from Fladgate is now setting up a legal answers and questions forum on the www.fashioncapital.co.uk site. In addition Nick will be able to offer a free half an hour consultation period for designers experiencing any legal shenanigans. By clicking on to Business and then clicking on to Legal you will be able to see updates on Q&As plus the latest in legal updates from Nick.

And finally the LFF are now working collaboratively with Fashion Monitor – the ONLY real directory for the fashion industry. We are working on a host of new ideas together and watch this space for more information! Many thanks to a highly productive meeting with Emily Fleuriot and Jo Nicholls at the beginning of this week!
So, along with the revamp of the LFF magazine, it’s been a busy old week – and I thought it would be easier in the public sector side! High street buying is a breeze in comparison!
Keep logging into FashionCapital this week. As developments unfold they will be posted on both www.fashincapital.co.uk and also www.lffonline.com.
Have a great week ahead.
