Is it Wednesday already…time is zipping along with less than 3 weeks to Christmas! Many congratulations to the hard working designers showcasing at the Kingly Court Boutique. Last Thursday was the first year anniversary of the LFF boutique at Kingly Court off Carnaby Street. The party was a great success; credit to Kiki, the manageress, who organised the event with the designers and made the tills ring with sales of just under £2k for the day.
Also the opening of the bluewater boutique was another mile stone for the LFF and designers. Sales have exceeded all expectations and Nalini our manageress has proved to be an outstanding find along with the rest of the merry crew. The boutique is open 7 days a week and we now have a waiting list of designers to enter the unit.

Many thanks to Aija Gagans from The Nottinghamshire International Clothing Centre, for inviting the LFF to Nottinghamshire – it was good to see so many designers and manufactures at the conference and meet potential new members. A big hello to Claire Newburt Designs. Great to meet you at long last! I was so impressed with Clare’s range of cashmere scarves I just had to buy one!

We are at the closing stages of completing the re-vamped museum section on the site… it will be well worth the wait! New images are being sourced daily and the site will soon be humming!
This is a preview only!

We are also at the final stages of organising profile for next season – it’s going to be huge. We now have TopShop confirmed as an additional retail sponsor and profile 5 will be the best yet with a new award and greater regional participation!
We have some great images for you from the Clothes Show Live event – grateful thanks here to Martin Higgs of CM Photography. Check them out on the Trends section but here are a few samplers for you!

Have a great week ahead; until next time.
