I am new to the world of blogging and have recently got an apprenticeship at Fashion Enter working alongside the team at The Factory as well as attending college once a week at UEL. I am 18 years old and endeavor to start a career within fashion; I am particularly interested in pattern cutting and garment manufacture.
Currently at the Factory we are working on production for the Olympic ceremony which will commence at the end of July. We are manufacturing over a thousand dungarees that have a quirky, colourful edge to them plus a medieval style skirt in purple and blue pastels.
It is very exciting to be making production for a global event and at The Factory we are meeting incredibly high standards to ensure quality production.
We are also undergoing production for ASOS and John Lewis another success I am proud to be apart of. Below is an image of our cutters working our next production.
