Why choose this course?

Kingston’s Fashion degree has an established reputation for producing graduates with a complete understanding of the design process and a strong creative style. Graduates of the course continue to secure senior positions in companies such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Armani, Calvin Klein, Gucci, MaxMara, Vivienne Westwood and Yves Saint Laurent. Teaching methods focus on studio-based design projects, with specialist input from practising designers. The course will appeal to students with enquiring minds, who are hard working, ambitious and who work well in a close, creative environment.


What will you study?

The course covers all aspects of the design process – from research and design development to creating garments using cut and construction. Design history underpins studio-based projects, with overseas study trips offered at all levels.
