Commenting on Profile, Isabella Blow said; “The UK is the breeding ground for design talent and it’s important that the fashion industry supports this great British tradition. Profile is a fantastic opportunity for young designers to display their collections to a great number of buyers, stylists and fashion writers. It’s great that London Fashion Forum is doing something worthwhile for our fashion industry.â€
Gerry DeVeaux added; “There’s so much focus on our high profile designers that it’s great to see that young British talent is getting an opportunity to break into the notoriously difficult world of fashion with the support of some of the biggest names in the UK high street.â€
LFF’s Chairman and Director, David Jones, commented; “Profile continues to go from strength-to-strength with every season. We continue to garner support from the British fashion retail industry.
“There’s no other industry event within the fashion calendar that offers such a unique opportunity for all sectors of the trade.â€
