Junky Styling’s ‘Community’ Fashion Show
Whilst London Fashion Week was coming to a close, leading eco-fashion label Junky Styling was celebrating ten years in business in the bustling style centre of The Truman Brewery, Brick Lane.
The catwalk was a retrospective of recycled, reconstructed and customised designs reflecting the make-do-and-mend side of the eco fashion definition. Pieces ranged from skimpy and scandalous, elegantly voluminous evening gowns, vampy clubwear and casual cool for womenswear and menswear. They were walking proof that stylish, sexy clothing can have a conscience.

It was a double celebration with the launch of Tamsin Blanchard’s book, ‘Green is the New Black’, the new guide to stylish living for the green-gal.
