Addington High School Presents…

The idea to put on a Carnival Fashion Show came about after Addington High School was invited to participate in the Madam butterfly Fashion Show at the Royal Albert Hall. This took part last March.
The idea grew and grew and Croydon Schools were invited to participate and this accumulated into the gala event held last night from 6.30-9pm. After the success of this show Addington High School via Judith Turnbull – Head of Technology and Mr. Steve Conolly – Assistant Head Teacher/Head of Media, decided to put on a fashion show.
Special guests attended such as Mr. Lee Lapthorne from Doll Organisation and Jenny Holloway also took the stage to congratulate the amazing work from each school.
Fashion-Enter will now showcase one winning designer from each participating school. Jenny HollowayDirector Fashion-Enter said…
“It’s going to be an extremely difficult job to select just one winning entry from each school. The night was an absolute success and many congratulations to everyone involved. I was very impressed with the models, the hair, the make-up – the whole ambiance and thought process behind each collection was very professional.”
