The debates include participation from a series of design 'icons' and experts from fashion designers Vivienne Westwood and Roland Mouret to chief architect of St Pancras International Alastair Lansley. The premier lecture kicked off with a fitting discussion of 'What makes a design icon?' looking at the evolution of a product to an icon chaired by Design Museum Director Deyan Sudjic.
