Well that's not the way to go girls if you want to attract the opposite sex!
Here are 5 steps to show you exactly what a natural face application should look like and will make you feel more confident with the opposite sex too!
1. For your eyebrows;
To beef up your eyebrows without making them look too obvious, most people need a grey-based powder that's slightly lighter than their hair colour. That's all it takes!
2. For those great cheekbone affects;
Dust bronzing powder lightly on to the temples, hairline, below the cheeks, jaw and right round the perimeter of the face makes your bone structure stand out and gives you a lovely flush of health. Remember to add a pop of pink or peach blush on the cheeks in those winter months and bronzer in the summer months.
3. For that amazing complexion;
A creamy complexion is just what every girl wants and that some need. If you want to kill blotchiness and that uneven skintone without looking caked, trading foundation for a liquid concealer is the secret. Concealer gives you more of the covering pigment, but less of the thickness of a foundation, mix it with moisturiser before applying it onto problem areas. This works 100% of the time and leaves your face moisturised as well.
4. For a pillowy pout;
Very matte lips appear dry and gloss is too sticky, so think moist! Use stains which will make your lips look natural and will give you this moist effect. So don't use that foundation to cover up those choppers.
5. Think Bambi Eyes;
For maximum fluttering, think ‘up and out' with your eye make-up, sweeping eyeliner up at the outer corners of the eyes makes them look bigger, as does a tracing of white liner on the inner lashline. Highlighting the tear duct with a pale, metallic eye shadow is really eye-opening; try gold against chocolate brown or black. On the other hand, if you want to make sure your eyes are small when you put on your makeup, put a dark pencil inside the eyes making them appear smaller, and for the opposite effect go for a lighter liner. To stretch lashes, use comb-brush mascara.
So there you are! A perfect 5 step face application to make you look natural enough that you could look ready to eat, but not caked!
