The fruit print is making a comeback this summer giving garments a cool summer twist.Last time fruit prints on clothing was big was in 1959. This is an advert (below) from 1959 showing fruit print skirts from American Company Sears.

Everyone from designers such as Stella McCartney, to high street shops such as Topshop are using the print. Fruit print is even creeping up on shoes and lingerie sets so those who are less confident about wearing fruit prints are but still want to try the trend for themselves.
