Headed up by CONEL (The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London) and held at the Factory, Fashion Enter currently has over 50 staff on the course and offers 2 classes a week at ESOL Entry Level 1 and Level 2.

The free classes are aimed at developing each person’s English skills, developing grammar and vocabulary enabling staff to positively communicate at work and within the community. Experienced CONEL staff teach in a friendly class environment through the use of group activities, discussions, games and projects. The course covers English speaking and listening, reading and writing in the context of everyday life.

Jenny Holloway CEO OF Fashion Enter comments: “We spend most of our day in a working environment so we have to enjoy work! This is why we have enrolled all of our non-speaking English machinists to ESOL with CONEL College. We have Level 1 and 2 English courses taking place now. It’s not easy studying for a new language when you are 45 plus but I am really proud of their achievements to date. Keep going – you can do it!”
