In line with the mentoring and support work provided by www.fashioncapital.co.uk ‘British Designers@FashionCapital’ boutique in Bath has been working on an external design module with 2
Jenny said: “We reviewed 18 ranges with this project and overall I was very impressed with the standard of presentation, design content, quality of samples and actual interpretation of the initial brief.”
Jenny, Kosa Ralevic, Workshop and Factory manager, and JoJo Iles, manager of the British Designers @ FashionCapital Boutique in Bath have independently looked at the work and have unanimously agreed that Chloe Victoria Jones is the project winner. Chloe took inspiration from the stunning 18th century chandeliers that hang in the ballroom of Bath’s elegant Assembly Rooms. The decadent forms are reflected in Chloe’s sculptural silhouettes and provide the basis for her unique prints.
Congratulations Chloe, her project work is currently on display (5 – 8 June) on the FashionCapital stand at Graduate Fashion Week in Earl’s Court, her pieces will also be showcased at the Profile press and trade show for up and coming designers this September, and her work will be shown to ASOS.com buyers which could possibly secure orders.
Exciting news and we will keep you updated with the latest developments.
