The Vintage Fashion Fair moves to larger venue.

 

 

Organiser of the Vintage Fashion Fair, Unique Events of London, has announced that due to the phenomenal success of the first fair, which had over 1,000 visitors in one day, has led to bigger plans for 2006 when the show will move to Level 1,

This exciting new space means more clothes, more accessories and more dealers all on one floor of this iconic London venue and for the first time the Fair will feature an exclusive men’s vintage clothing section. With the foremost names in the vintage fashion industry arriving from all over the UK, the Vintage Fair is set to become one of the biggest fashion extravaganzas and showpieces for classic clothing from yesteryear. 

 

“This was my first experience of a Vintage Fair and I am now truly converted. I found it interesting, exciting and totally different. There is something for everyone and I am thrilled with my purchases,”said Shelia Rantor, a visitor to the Fair.

 

Unique Events of London was launched by two of London’s premier vintage clothing dealers, Marilyn Tye and Sonya Smith-Hughes, in response to huge demand for events and entertainment for vintage-clothing lovers. Both are passionate about classic outfits: Marilyn is owner of Nostalgia in Battersea and Sonya is owner of Biba Lives, Marylebone.

The next Vintage Fashion Fair will take place in Earls Court 1, Level 1 on Sunday 29 January 2006, displaying clothing, hats, handbags, gloves, accessories and much  more dating from the 1800s to the 1980s. See you there!
