Stitching Academy Students Make ASOS Barbies

The ASOS team recently bought a number of Barbies to put around the office to represent the ASOS customers.
Realising one thing, ASOS customers wear ASOS not Barbie clothes. So, assisted by tutor Leyla Mehmet it was up to the students of the Stitching Academy to get to work creating miniature ASOS garments to fit the barbies, and make them look more like the ASOS customer.
The dresses even made it onto a recent shoot with 3 male models. The photo has racked up over 500 likes on instagram so far!
The ASOS’d up Barbies now live in the ASOS L&D training space.. missing heads and all.
