Cutting Edge – Project Manager

 

Devrim graduated from the London College of Print and Publishing with a HND in Business and Fashion. He then went on to complete a degree in International Business at Westminster University. In 2003 Devrim graduated with a Diploma in Management Studies.

 

For the past six years, Devrim has project managed a fashion and clothing industry support programme called Cutting Edge. The project has successfully engaged with many London based clothing manufacturers who have been adversely affected by the increase in offshore production.  Initiatives like The Source and The Directory have helped to raise the profile of London’s clothing industry.

 

Devrim has also worked with and assisted a multitude of new and pre-start designer businesses that have gone on to establish themselves as budding new UK talent. These have covered designers in many different areas of fashion i.e. bridalwear, eveningwear, tailoredwear, casualwear and urbanwear.
