FEL Deputy CEO Jackie Bertram Talks to The Times

Published on Saturday 24th June 2023, Retail Editor at The Times, Isabella Fish, talked to Fashion-Enter Ltd’s CEO, Jackie Bertram, about the current crisis and drop in orders within Leicester’s manufacturing sector. Jackie arranged for Isabella to hear from ex-garment workers that were now being upskilled at the FCFTA to understand what their aims were after training as well as adding her personal opinion on the matter. Isabella also interviewed various Leicester suppliers, garment workers along with visiting a local food bank and organisations such as FAB – L @ the Highfields Centre and the Garment Workers Trust.
