Twin Needle x Restart Scheme Workshop at FTA Leicester

This week, the Fashion Technology Academy Leicester welcomed candidates from the Restart Scheme for a special 3-hour workshop in partnership with Twin Training.
During the session, learners were introduced to industrial sewing machines and guided through the process of creating simple garments. Using deadstock materials, participants upcycled items into tote bags, wallets, and tops, showcasing their creativity and resourcefulness.
The workshop aimed to build confidence, develop new skills, and encourage participants to progress into further training or employment in the fashion and textile industry.
