London Fashion Week’s 40th Anniversary
FEL’s hometown – London, is preparing to showcase its design talent with London Fashion Week commencing this Friday 13th September. Celebrating its 40th anniversary LFW stalwarts such as Burberry, Bora Aksu and Paul Costelloe will present their SS25 collections alongside up and coming names. FEL’s Fashion Studio team have been working with Derrick to produce some exquisite tailored pieces, and over at the FC Designer Workspace studio resident Dreaming Eli is preparing to show on day 1. We wish them and the many others a fantastic show season.

For designers and brands in need of sampling and small scale production our Fashion Studio team is highly skilled and always happy to help. The team can stitch any product including tailoring, haute couture, wedding dresses, promotional garments, lingerie, swimwear and theatre costume garments.

Now in its fifth year, 3D Tech Fest, presented by Alvanon, is preparing to explore The Physical-Digital Evolution. Taking place 24th – 26th September, join 3D Tech Fest each morning to hear from industry professionals on topics ranging from digital design to the transformative power of 3D. On day 1, Fashion-Enter Ltd’s CEO Jenny Holloway will be speaking about manufacturing innovation and FEL’s inspiring HOPE-FX project.

One of our Fashion Studio clients Gormley & Gamble, Savile Row’s first made-to-measure tailors exclusively for women, has a position open for a Client & Fitting Consultant. If you have tailoring expertise, are a strong communicator, highly organised, able to multitask with a positive can-do attitude then this could be for you. Beginners Style3D Digital Design Course
From Mon 23rd – Wed 25th Sept, 10am – 3pm, our revised Style3D digital design course will guide learners on how to: Create bespoke avatars, change the measurements, colour, hair and footwear. How to use garment blocks and adapt them, select digital fabrics and apply them to projects, along with guidance on digital sewing tools, including adding zips and pockets. By the end of the 3-days learners will be able to present final designs on the Style3D catwalk.
The demand for digital skills is rapidly growing in the fashion sector and this course includes the added bonus of a FREE trial license for @style3d_official.
