#tiktokxgff Week 1 at the FTA London

It’s week 1 of the 2021 TikTok / Graduate Fashion Foundation (GFF) residency here at Fashion-Enter’s Fashion Technology Academy (FTA) in north London. The FTA team are thrilled, to once again, work alongside these selected design graduates over the next five days.
From CAD/CAM, pattern cutting, construction techniques and stitching, the talented graduates will be getting a crash course in fashion production whilst making their TikTok brand merchandise.
This week (28th June – 2nd July) we have 30 graduates taking part with another 30 the following week. Along with the FTA’s expert tutors and neighbouring factory the graduates will also receive mentoring from leading designers and GFF ambassadors, who will be stopping by each week to share advice and guidance.
By the end of the week-long residency, the graduates will have produced multiple garments of their selected winning design, which will be gifted by TikTok to their Creator and VIP community. Visit the #TikTokxGFF hashtag and @OfficialGFW profile.
