Liz Kendall has proudly been the MP for Leicester West since 2010 and really understands the demographics of Leicester. She has been a passionate advocate of the local textiles industry in the city for many years – supporting action to tackle poor practices while celebrating areas of excellence.

From lobbying for national changes to supporting and protecting the industry and its workers, to visiting the brilliant, local manufacturers behind the House of Commons’ Christmas jumpers. Liz consistently champions the importance of the sector and its value to the wider economy.
