Just Launched: FEL Client New Commodity Launches Limited Edition Bags With myskinfeels

28-10-2025

Today, 28th October 2025, marks an exciting first as surplus textile brand New Commodity launches its collaborative wash bag range with skincare brand myskinfeels — proudly Made in the UK at Fashion-Enter Ltd’s (FEL) ethical factory in Haringey.

At the heart of this partnership lies the shared belief that there is so much to discover in what already exists. Both New Commodity and myskinfeels are redefining what conscious consumerism looks like by giving discarded materials new life, proving that sustainability and style can go hand in hand.

The FEL team is thrilled to support on production for New Commodity’s collaborative project — a limited collection of Vibey Wash Bags crafted from surplus beach towels that would otherwise go to waste.

Meeting Hannah, founder of New Commodity, on FEL’s factory floor was a full-circle moment for CEO, Jenny Holloway, who first met Hannah years ago during her internship. Today, Hannah, alongside her collaborative partner Danielle, lead New Commodity with an unwavering focus on circular design, working with post-consumer textiles to create useful, desirable, and one-of-a-kind products.

Jenny and Hannah YouTube video:

The Don’t Throw in the Towel initiative is the first in a series of surplus textile projects by New Commodity. The concept is simple but powerful: to intercept unwanted materials and transform them into new, high-quality items that respect their past and consider their future.

For the New Commodity and myskinfeels collaboration a limited edition run of 250 Vibey Wash Bags have been produced that are practical, planet-friendly, and bursting with character. Each bag is constructed from parts of three different towels, meaning every piece is completely unique in its colour and pattern combination – no two are ever the same.

This collaboration reflects a shared refusal to create “pointless merch that’s here today and gone tomorrow.” Instead, it celebrates thoughtful design, durability, and a genuine commitment to doing good.

Fashion-Enter Ltd’s involvement underscores how deeply sustainability is ingrained in its operations. From training the next generation of garment makers to ensuring all production follows ethical standards, FEL continues to lead the way in responsible British manufacturing.

By collaborating with forward-thinking brands like New Commodity and myskinfeels, FEL demonstrates how surplus fabrics and local craftsmanship can come together to build a cleaner, circular fashion economy.

New Commodity’s #dontthrowinthetowel campaign invites everyone to rethink waste and rediscover the value in materials already around us.
