Inspiration and Networking at the Social Founder Forum

25-05-2023

On Tuesday 23rd May, Fashion-Enter Ltd CEO Jenny Holloway attended the latest edition of the London Social Founder Forum. Hosted in EY’s Vista Suite overlooking the River Thames, the Forum brings together social founders for inspiration and connections, resilience and renewal.

The Social Founder Network was set up in 2017 by Caroline Diehl MBE, founder, and until 2017 CEO, of the Media Trust and Together TV. The network includes over 1,000 founders from large and small charities, social enterprises, foundations and community organisations. Originally set up in the UK, the network has now grown across different countries.

The three-hour morning session included talks from guest speakers; Sara Nathan, Founder and CEO of Refugees at Home, Nathaniel Peat, Founder and CEO of The Safety Box and Margaret McCabe, Founder and CEO of Debate Mate.

As a social enterprise these Forums provide the chance to inspire, connect and share ideas. Fashion-Enter Ltd’s CEO Jenny Holloway said: “It’s great to think that after winning the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2013 that FEL is still highly regarded as a leading social enterprise.

“Thank-you to EY for hosting the event and Caroline Diehl, MBE, founder Social Founders for organising. Such inspiring guests that make you realise that being a social enterprise, putting the greater good over profits, is worth it all!”
