Haringey Council’s High Growth Business Programme

On 12th February, FashionCapital / Fashion-Enter Ltd CEO, Jenny Holloway and Creative Director, Beth Davy Day, attended a networking event for participants on Haringey Council’s High Growth Business Programme.
The programme commissioned by Haringey Council and fully funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, provides wraparound expert consultancy support to selected high growth potential businesses in the region until March 2025.
Businesses on the programme receive dedicated, high calibre practical support to help overcome challenges and/or seize new opportunities. Working with the YTKO Group participants have been working on marketing strategies, effective tactics to secure more profitable customers and enter new markets, financial strategies, and team performance improvement.
Statistics reveal that the right support and guidance is crucial for SME’s to succeed:
5.6 m business (2%) reach £1m according to 20-22 statistics
13% of SME have no cash reserves
40% have less than 3 months money in bank
40% don’t make year 1
Alongside Fashion-Enter Ltd clients from the Haringey region include a broad range of businesses from food, hospitality, health and outdoor leisure.
Jenny commented: “It was great to be at the Haringey Council High Growth Business event this evening. Great success – we are looking forward to working with the council on training programmes to fulfil 10 jobs.”
