Gymshark X Fashion – Enter Ltd – Giving Garments a Second Chance

19-09-2025

An example of sustainable fashion in action, Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL) joined forces with leading fitness apparel brand Gymshark in 2024 to solve a common but costly industry challenge: incorrect care labels on garments.

A batch of 3,622 Gymshark garments, manufactured overseas, arrived with misprinted care labels—rendering them unsellable under the brand’s strict quality and compliance standards. Rather than scrapping perfectly wearable clothing, Gymshark turned to FEL for a smart, sustainable solution.

At FEL’s state-of-the-art UK facility in North London, skilled machinists and quality control experts got to work. Each garment was carefully reprocessed: the faulty care labels were removed and replaced with accurate ones, finishes were inspected, and every item was prepared for resale. Thanks to this effort, over 3,600 garments were brought back into Gymshark’s supply chain—without the need for replacement manufacturing. This kind of targeted intervention is not only good for business, but great for the planet.

By salvaging and reprocessing the garments instead of discarding them, the project delivered significant environmental benefits:

All of this was achieved without using any new materials—only skilled labour and smart logistics.

This project perfectly illustrates FEL’s commitment to circular manufacturing, where value is preserved rather than discarded. The reprocessed garments were not only restored to full commercial value, but also became part of a broader sustainability story:

In the fast-paced world of fashion, even small quality issues can result in massive losses—both financially and environmentally. This case study shows that local, agile manufacturing partners like FEL can offer efficient, responsible fixes. Rather than contributing to landfill, these garments are now back in the market, worn and loved by Gymshark customers.
