Fashion – Enter Ltd Appoints New Non – Executive Director Board

Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL), parent company of FashionCapital, is pleased to announce the formation of its new Non-Executive Director (NED) Board, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to strong governance, strategic oversight and continued industry leadership.
The NED Board will continue to be chaired by Lord Young of Norwood Green, whose long-standing support of Fashion-Enter Ltd has been invaluable. Lord Young has been an exceptional advocate for apprenticeships and skills development within the UK fashion and manufacturing sector and remains an inspiring and highly effective Chair.
New NED Appointments
The newly appointed Non-Executive Directors bring a wealth of expertise, energy and insight from across fashion, manufacturing, sustainability and technology:
- Simon Platts – a highly respected industry expert, offering consultancy and strategic guidance on sustainability and responsible manufacturing.
- Elizabeth (Style3D and ASBCI) – bringing specialist knowledge in digital transformation, 3D technology and industry best practice, alongside her role with ASBCI.
- Kurt Hintz – an experienced CEO and senior leader, whose strategic guidance and commercial acumen will be a significant asset to FEL.
FEL CEO Jenny Holloway first met Kurt Hintz at CONEL in 2013, and looks forward to benefiting from his extensive leadership experience as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.
The Board held its first meeting on 16th December focusing on matters arising from the September board minutes and agreeing key next steps, including the development of a quarterly quality assurance scorecard to support transparency, performance tracking and continuous improvement.
One additional Non-Executive Director will be joining the Board in due course, with a formal announcement to follow.

Their support has played an important role in FEL’s development, and their service was recently celebrated with a festive lunch at the House of Lords (pictured below).
