At the end of last year (2019) Fashion-Enter Ltd secured a retail space thanks to a unique collaboration between Islington Council and the Mayor of London (Good Growth Fund). Situated on Fonthill Road in the London borough of Islington the FC Designer Collective provides the opportunity for local designers and start-ups to gain a stockist and promote their brand.

The shop currently includes womenswear, accessories, menswear, masks, jewellery, fabrics, haberdashery, bath products and greeting cards. If you are a designer, brand or creative in the area with quality items to sell then here’s 5 reasons why to contact the FC Designer Collective…

1 – Physical selling space in a bricks-and-mortar shop. We know how difficult it can be to gain stockists, particularly when you are starting out, the FC Designer Collective can offer you a rail / space with minimal outlay.

2 – Managed by Fashion-Enter Ltd the team have long established experience of mentoring, supporting and guiding up and coming designers and brands. From business planning to small scale production the team have the knowledge and facilities to help at every stage.

3 – Promotion – each business that is stocked in the shop is promoted on our fashion portal – www.fashioncapital.co.uk which is also linked to various social media platforms to provide virtual as well as physical exposure.

4 – In store making facilities. The shop also contains industrial sewing machines and our highly skilled technician Leyla. She can help with any sewing requirements and also offer bespoke and alteration services on site.

5 – Be a part of your community. Meet other creatives, support local talent and perhaps collaborate. The FC Designer Collective acts as a creative hub and will host various events and opportunities (once it is safe to) throughout the year.
