						Hello All,

						It was
great to see fashion designer Gavin Douglas getting praise from our very own PM
at the launch of Black Britannia at City Hall last week. Douglas
was acknowledged as one of 50 black role models in the photographic exhibition
by Fleet Street’s first black photographer – John Ferguson. Director of
FashionCapital & Fashion-Enter – Jenny Holloway has worked with Douglas,
the 2006 winner of Fashion Fringe, on many occasion and reports that not only is
he super talented but an easy going down-to-earth guy to boot.

Then these workshops could be just the ticket. Professional experts in the fashion industry Feride Aydemir and Ismail Erbil will be guiding willing students through the whole process, targeting all levels of ability from basic to those simply wanting to improve on their skills.
