LFW comes to Allders
This Saturday shoppers at Croydon’s leading department store Allders will experience an exclusive fashion show courtesy of FashionCapital.co.uk boutique. The fashion show will feature new and emerging fashion designers emulating the trends straight from the catwalks at London Fashion Week seen only by industry insiders.
Situated on the 1st floor, Young Fashion Department in Allders, the FashionCapital.co.uk boutique will host two fashion shows at 11am and 3pm featuring the very best in fresh designer talent. Shoppers will get a true feel of the London Fashion Week vibe and will even be able to create the looks from the catwalk themselves with help from FashionCapital’s hand on stylists.

Back from South Africa
FashionCapital has now returned from a highly successful and thought provoking trip to South Africa.
The two main objectives of the trip were firstly to source up and coming design talent to bring back to the UK market and ultimately sell on asos.com and the second to source beading and craft work from the crafters of the Fashion Fusion project which then links to the work Fashion Enter is doing at The Workshop with Haringey Council.
A huge thank you to all the companies who took time out to meet with us and of course Masana Chikeka and Lindi Ndebele from the Department of Arts and Culture who made the trip possible.

Textile Institute Sample Sale 26th September Fashion Enter boutique
Next year is the Textile Institute's 100th Birthday, and as a part of the celebrations they are holding various events to raise both awareness and funds.
The London Section is holding a Mega Sample Sale where major high street brands have kindly donated garments. This sample sale is set to take place in the Enter boutique in Croydon on 26th September. We are delighted we are able to help with such a worthy cause.
High Street Brands from just £5 including Dresses, Jeans, Jackets, T-shirts and much much more will be available.

LFW competition winner
As LFW draws to close FashionCapital would like to thank all the talented journalists and photographers who worked so hard to bring you daily updates on all the shows this season.
Competition winner Emma Westbrook did a particularly fabulous job and we like to congratulate Emma on her first successful coverage of LFW. So impressed with Emma we have asked her to become a regular contributor to the site so expect to see much more from this talented up and coming journalist.
Free membership and training!
Over the last few weeks we have been offering designers and business owners the fantastic opportunity of receiving free training and free membership with us. Many jumped at the chance and those that fit within the set criteria are now on their way to receiving training at The Workshop and membership with FashionCapital! Congratulations to all those you have been accepted, this is a step in the right direction to helping your business succeed in fashion today!

Fashion Enter one stop shop
In these times of financial difficulties Fashion Enter is working in conjunction with Prevista to offer you the invaluable business advice and access to finance you need to succeed today.
The Fashion Enter (prise) One Stop Shop has been set up to provide business's with much needed advice on all aspects of business from marketing to production and from presentations to finance.
The first session will take place on Tuesday 6th October at the Enter boutique where you can meet with specialist business advisor Valerie and it is here you can learn more about how to access the loan. Each month Valerie Legget will be joined by guest speakers and a whole range of subjects will be discussed helping your business reach its goal and get ahead.

An exhilarating catwalk show is set to take place on Thursday 24th September at the luxurious and exquisite members VIP invite only club venue; Movida, built amidst the vaults of the London Palladium Theatre. This elite venue will be home to an exclusive showcasing event featuring Fashion Enter designers and Dynamic models using 4 prominent themes of sultry office wear, followed by party/club wear and last but not least lingerie teamed with stunning corsetry.

Designer label Nomie came into the Enter Boutique by storm and shocked everyone with there fabulous new autumn/winter collection. This weeks Boutique pick from the collection is the stunning Beetle coat, the unique Ba Rockesque antique pattern is a delightful touch to a magnificent style coat.
