Profile at May Fair hotel – 6th September 2010
The Profile fashion event taking place at the May Fair hotel is fast approaching and on 27th August we are holding a further screening for designers who want to apply. The standard so far is fantastic and we very excited about the event which will showcase 25 of the finest up and coming ladieswear and accessory designers in fashion today!
On the 27th August a panel of judges from industry will review 6 samples from each S/S 11 collection. If you are a ladieswear or accessory designer and would like to apply for Profile please email jenni@fashion-enter.com for further information
Maverick TV to Film Profile
Maverick TV has confirmed they will be filming Profile for a Sky television show!
This is fantastic exposure for Profile and the designers showcasing.

Designers: The launch is shortly pending for the fabulous new e-commerce site with marketing campaigns strongly underway and lots of work going on behind the scenes with Sitemakers. The next photoshoot is being held on the 24th August i.e. next Tuesday, so to ensure your collection is featured on the site at the time of the launch, hurry and contact Emily@fashioncapital.co.uk for more information and your terms and conditions. Models: If you are a model looking to launch your career, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. You could be part of the new FCBoutique.co.uk featuring as one of the main faces for the site. We are hosting screening sessions on Friday 20th August (this Friday!) so please send full length images and headshots of yourself across to Emily@fashioncapital.co.uk in hope of securing this extensive exposure, and photographs to contribute to your portfolio.
Little black dress deadline for all submissions is this Friday
The deadline for drawings, finished garment samples and line sheets is on the 20th of August, which is on Friday!! There will be no deadline extensions as the buyers are visiting on Monday morning to make their selection.
Drawings and sketches must be good quality and scanned and sent to Lynsay@fashion-enter.com in a jpeg format. Samples with garment specifications sheets must be sent to the Showroom address below:

Clothes Show Live 2010
The FashionCapital boutique is set to return once again to the world’s largest fashion and beauty event in the world, Clothes Show Live at the NEC in Birmingham. Each year the FC boutique attracts hundreds of thousands of shoppers over the 6 day event to the area showcasing up and coming designer talent. Not only do we have a strong presence with 24 stands but once again we will be showcasing Profile on the catwalk each day to the huge consumer market.

Fashion Enter’s How to succeed in fashion today seminar!
After the resounding success of the last seminar held by Fashion Enter on how to make your business succeed in fashion today, a new date has been set. On the 29th September the team at FE and a series of industry experts will be revealing their knowledge and expertise in an all day seminar covering all aspects of the industry and setting up your own label. British Designers @FC Boutique – Bath update
The BD@FC window graphics have arrived…
This week we’ve been mucking in and getting dirty – painting, cleaning and shifting. The window graphics guy from ‘Bath Signs’ came and applied our logo to the two front windows and glass screen that leads to the fitting rooms. Feels like the place is really starting to take shape, although still so much to do before the 1st

The next show is set for the 2nd September at Merah, located just off Oxford Street.
This show is going to include the weird and the wonderful with avant-garde collections and exciting innovation in design.

This is fast becoming the ‘facebook’ for fashion and is an excellent tool to promote yourself and network with others.
