Hello All,
Hope you all had a wonderful Easter break. In response to all the sunny weather it seems retailers are pushing their spring prints to the fore; from paisley to floral to geometric there’s no end to the range of prints on offer.
Here are some spring picks from the high street, and of course Enter-Boutique.
Fashion folk will no doubt be visiting the Osman Yousefzada and Jenne O gallery opening tonight on New Quebec Street, W1. The gallery is described as a workspace come fitting room where guests can be lavished and pampered to the max. It’s not only an opening but a party and sample sale all at once – cheque books at the ready!
This Friday also kicks off a new exhibition that celebrates 180 years of shopping on London’s Regent Street. A Mile of Style: 180 Years of Luxury Shopping on Regent Street will include archival documents, photographs, plans and maps as well as fashion pieces from the likes of Jaeger, Aquascutum and Austin Reed.
A Mile of Style is on until 30th June at the Guildhall Art Gallery, Guildhall Yard, London EC2.
On the editorial front Amelia Sullivan has joined the team and will be contributing her fashion diary on a monthly basis. While Oana and Sarah have been out on the streets taking a fresh look at boys and their man bags.
Much like this working week we are keeping it short n sweet. And before we sign off the Manufacturer’s Online Showroom is shaping up nicely. Yoel our technical wizard has been working around the clock and the resource will be up and live very soon.
Until next week enjoy the sunshine,
The team at Fashion Capital x
