^The Fashion Fix^ – Belles Special

There’s much excitement circulating eco fashion brand Belles of London at present! The leading ethical garment manufacturer in London has just done a wrap on the much anticipated and latest collections, inspired by the latest collective of three individual women who contribute to FashionCapital, who’s unique clothing lines are just as fresh and fabulous as the people themselves!
The day began meeting at the fashion studio, where the three models were allocated a time slot for their all-important hair and makeup, ready to strike a pose for promotional photographs and to be captured on film for short interviews, where they discussed their individually inspired collections, all made with an ethical swing tag.
Each Belle encompassed a totally different look from the other – Garment Technologist Georgia Fletcher presented an alluring swimwear line that featured sexy, cutaway bodysuits, Fashion Journalist Kate Farley modelled her striking sportswear-inspired collection, which included vibrant colour-blocking bra-tops and high-waist leggings, whilst FashionCapital’s Overlocker Anca Balascia showcased a beautifully feminine range of occasion-wear dresses.
It was a gorgeous sunny day with spirits inside the studio reflecting a similar zeitgeist. Each Belle had their own time to be in front of the camera, where they portrayed their collection that illustrated their character, with some lovely art directors to assist the creative control of the shoots. Separate photographs were taken, followed by group shots of the three models that effortlessly amalgamated the sustainable styles.
Interviews with the Belles followed on from this, where they explained their styles in detail, along with some photographs which will be featured on the Belles of London website and across a verity of social media channels. The women were then filmed exploring the factory where all the design action takes place, discovering and getting a real feel for the many fabrics, patterns and colours that contributed to each of their collections.
Overall, each Belle was made to feel extremely special, not only experiencing a day in the life of a fashion model but additionally, having their very own bespoke clothing collection designed especially for them. A huge thank you to the team at Belles of London and FashionCapital!
