Get Creative at The Saturday Stitching Surgery – London

The workshop began at nine in the morning and attendees were briefed and introduced to the workshop by Tutor Leyla. Following the introduction, Leyla explained in detail the functions of the sewing machines and the styles that could be made with the different features. The attendees then began practicing their technical sewing skills on the garments they had brought along with them.
Throughout the workshop Leyla informed and guided each maker the most suitable way to overcome technical difficulties when sewing and incorporating the new skills developed into practice. The workshop came to a successful end by three in the afternoon and all guests left with more knowledge about sewing and newly improved garments.
