Garment Technologist – Top High Street Retailer
One of the leading high street fashion companies is looking for an assistant garment technologist to join their team.
Working at their head office, you will also attend ‘off the job’ study at the Fashion Studio based in the University of East London, where you will gain the knowledge and skills required to be part of the fast paced fashion industry.
Fashion Assistant
We are looking for apprentices who want to learn a little bit of everything in the fashion industry.
We have a lot of projects including:
Manufacturing, events, PR, journalism, admin and other exciting roles.
You will be based in East London in a gorgeous office surrounded by other fashionistas and you will be meeting clients including London Fashion Week designers, learning about pattern cutting and sampling and working on a leading Fashion Portal.
Men’s Shoe Designer Looking for Apprentice
The label is a quick paced British men’s shoe designer who uses British manufacturing, materials and classic designs too. The brand has received great press and even celebrity interest since it was founded in 2011. Shoes are priced from £300.
The brand is now looking to hire an apprentice to work with this rapidly expanding brand.
Womenswear Designer Looking for Apprentice!
Womenswear designer specializing in trend based clothes is looking to hire an apprentice.
This apprentice will be helping with all aspects of the growing design business and should have a love and flare for fashion as well as a head for organisation.
The trend aware apprentice will be learning to do:
Fabric Sourcing
Creating seasonal colour palettes
Analysis and spotting emerging trends on street style
Writing trend reports
Producing commercial garment designs
Technical specification packs
Colouring up garments including graphic and print allocation

Participant Criteria:
- Candidates must have a British Passport and National Insurance
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s – Maths and English A-C grades mandatory
- Candidates must be between the ages of 16 and 21
- This is not a graduate position – if you have a degree you are ‘over qualified’ for this scheme.
