Almost Alice…

 

 

My favourite has to be this gorgeous pocket watch style necklace from www.Truffleshuffle.co.uk – Number 3. Designed by acclaimed jewellery designer Tom Binns for the Disney Couture range inspired by the gothic but gorgeous Tim Burton movie, Alice in Wonderland.

 

From the warped numbers around the clock, to the tiny hare that points to the number, which you can spin around as you please, this necklace defines all that is cute and random about the film. Inside the inscription ‘Quality Product Correct 2 Times A Day‘ seems so normal and acceptable, why should the hands read correctly more than twice a day anyway?

 

Another tiny detail that I adore is the tab at the end of the chain that reads ‘MADE WITH LOVE IN WONDERLAND’… The idea of Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum making me this darling little necklace is beautiful. I loved the mad hatter and would love to keep him a little closer to my heart with this!
