WorldFashionExpo have an on-line boutique and in a unique private and public sector collaboration we are expanding the area of the www.fashioncapital.co.uk boutique. Before we exhibit at the London Fashion Week event on 19th –  24th of September we will be going live with a host of new designers to showcase their products on www.fcboutique.co.uk

We are going live on new business parameters on the site to include Accounts and Finance, Health and Safety, H.R., Legal et al. We are delighted to announce that we will be working with Hazlem Fenton

on the accounts section which will have dedicated articles, news and views plus a unique questions and answers section.

–    Trends. The hit rate here is unbelievable and we are now expanding this area substantially. There will be five dedicated boards to this section including mood, silhouette, colour, fabric and trims. We are in discussions with an amazing company that supplies trend information plus we are delighted to be working with Paola Giovanni on the theme board section – watch this space for more details!  Again this will go live before London Fashion Week.

–    On-line Museum. For true inspiration look no further than this section. Development work is currently taking place under the News section. The site will be officially launched in December 04 and you can watch the developments on line. Feel free to add in your comments to the development of this site. A big thank you here to the British Library plus the Fashion and Textiles Museum.

We are also pleased to announced a brand new initiative with TopShop whereby every six weeks TopShop concessions will be taking three LFF nominated designers to showcase and sell in a new section at their flag ship store at Oxford Circus. Credit to the first three selected designers Nadia Minkoff, Julie Berube and Elizabeth Lau. If you are interested to hear more about this unique opportunity please call me at the office on 020 8462 1475, however it is strongly advised that each designer applying for this new project is enrolled on to the fashioncapital on line boutique. We can operate a free introductory package for you – no strings attached of course!

So that’s why I was buzzing! So much positive and genuine opportunities are materialising for the sector and credit to the merry team at FashionCapital – Vanessa, Alec and Gareth.

All the best.
