Each designer showed their final pieces to Jenny Holloway, the garments were examined both inside and out and each collection was put to the Fashion Enter test.

The designers were a true inspiration, knowing what difficult backgrounds some of them had come from it really was an awe-inspiring event to see their hard work and creativity materialize into such a successful outcome.

The individuals that took part were able to experience first hand the whole design process from start to finish and the realities of working in the fashion industry, something they may not have been able to experience without this project. It has now given them something to strive for in life and the belief that they can succeed.

It was not an easy day for the designers; each designer had to stand up in front of their peers and make a formal presentation; they had to showcase their work and explain the reason behind their collections. This was true life business coming to Albany Theatre in Deptford and, as always, high standards of work and professionalism had to be in place.

Pieces created by the designers will be stocked in Enter Boutique from November, so be warned, if you want something truly unique you'll have to get it before it goes.
