With the website mission statement “The UK will never sleep again”, I think it is very effective and shows strong emphasis of how the customer can purchase product on the online website at any point of the day and its available 24/7.
After viewing the overall presentation of the new website I think it reflects well on the H&M brand and shows professionalism and sophistication with its iconic mission statement and a short analysis of what the new e-commerce site offers.
The new website allows customers to become a subscriber to H&M news receiving updates and news on the company. In addition to this H&M will send out a VIP invitation to all of their subscribers before the launch of the new site on 16th September offering them advantages and benefits. I think that this is a very efficient way for H&M to build rapport with their customers and maintain their brand strategy.
