The Clothes Show Live is the largest fashion and beauty consumer event in the whole world.  It is an incredible opportunity to sell large volumes of stock over the 6 day period, whilst increasing exposure via the monumental attendance level.
 

Both the organizers and exhibitors work hands and hearts together to make an event of this magnitude as cost effective as possible. Stands are allocated for each organization to showcase and promote their business but rails, tables and chairs are not provided.  It is therefore the exhibitor's responsibility to supply their own. 
 

Additionally, Eve has allotted 2 parking spaces for each stand for the duration of the event at no extra cost. It is not compulsory for exhibitors to add lighting to their booth.  To minimize expense, we have been infromed each stand is adequately lit.  However, additional lighting is available at an extra cost and upon request. 
 

Overnight storage is not inclusive in the package.  However, provision is made for designers to purchase a palette at £40.There are no height restrictions and items can be stored and stacked at any height required to maximize space.

 
A security cover to deter thieves can be purchased for stalls overnight.  Additional expenditure in this area can be avoided by pinning a piece of fire retardent fabric over the stand.  Alternatively, designers can wrap polythene bubble wrap around their stand which has the same effect and has also worked successfully in the past.

Lastly, a deposit of £50 is required for vehicles to unload and deliver goods.  This money is refunded upon presentation of the ticket which is issued when the deposit is paid.
