Floral Wallpaper

Without a doubt, wallpaper is back! With the current floral mania in fashion, it would seem that the wallpaper designers have too gone wacky for florals too, although we do know that fashion and interiors go hand-in-hand…  To think, only a few years ago the thought of having your walls covered top to bottom in a floral design would lead one into thinking of your granny’s house. 

Let’s get things into perspective, floral designs of days gone-by where a little gerish, a little dowdy and depressing but today’s designs are anything but depressing.  The key today is to dress-up one wall whilst following through with a colour from the wallpaper.  Gone are the days of your buttermilk and creams, whites and off whites, today’s interiors are about being daring.

A word of advice, if you are selling your home I would say it is fine to have your plain walls as it does give your potential buyer the freedom to imagine what could be!

That said for the individual who has found their perfect home, it’s time to experiment and make it a home.

The site we are about to look at holds hundreds and hundreds of beautiful wallpaper.  I must say I was pretty impressed by the designs and was really spoilt for choice.  I must have been on this particular site for at least an hour gazing at these beautiful prints.

They do not only produce wallpaper in floral, there are many cultural influences such as Istanbul designs, pictorial, woodlands, birds you name it they have it.

They also produce curtain fabrics, upholstery fabrics and trimmings, so what is this company called?
