The Fashion Enter (prise) One Stop Shop has been set up to provide business's with much needed advice on all aspects of business from marketing to production and from presentations to finance.
The first session will take place on Tuesday 6th October at the Enter boutique where you can meet with specialist business advisor Valerie Legget who will be able to assist you with all aspects of running a successful business. Each month Valerie will also be joined by guest speakers ensuring a whole range of subjects are covered.
Valerie is an experienced business adviser who has worked across a range of sectors as well as with community groups and Social Enterprise. Prior to working for Prevista Valerie has been a people development adviser, a trainer, and was the owner-manager her own successful café/bar. As Course Manager for management programmes at Certificate and Diploma level she developed customised training for local employers: including a Fast track programme for Black Managers at Lewisham Borough.
Valerie holds a Certificate in Education (Further Education) and Financial Advisor and Skills Broker certificates.
The first session will provide important advice on how to access the loan available to new businesses we mentioned in the newswire this week. If you are a start-up, new or existing business you could be eligible to receive a loan ranging from £2000 – £50, 000 and Valerie will work with you to prepare you and your business for making the application.
