The Stitch in Time programme is a unique project exclusive to residents in the Haringey borough. The 2 week intensive training course providing direct tuition in production, business and the design cycle as a whole is then followed by a 2 week placement at a local employer in the borough. The placement is dependent on the progress made of the student within the 2 weeks training and the direction the participant wishes to take upon the launching of their new career in fashion.

David Lammy was immensely impressed with all areas of the course and the progress the students have made back into employment after years of struggling to find a sustainable career and some having never entered the working environment.
