Recent buyers meeting feedback
Brand Alley
We had a meeting with Brand Alley a week past Friday and it went well. Brand Alley have been doing extremely well recently and just had their best ever month! We discussed 3 different plans with them including Brad Alley supporting the concept of the British designer collective that did so well at Bicester Village, the Little black dress project that I mentioned in the blog and also buying into a few designers that they expressed their interest in.
Debenhams
Debenhams visited our Showroom on Wednesday of this week to view all the new collections as well as review those they were interested in in the preliminary meeting that we had quite a while ago. The long gap was due to Debenhams strict standard when it comes to supply and manufacture. They have so kindly paid for the accreditation of our workshop so that we can move forward with orders. This gesture shows that they have faith in us and want to cultivate a long lasting relationship. The buyer selected ranges that would appeal to a younger buyer than the typical Debenhams customer. It will be for their e-tail site which is in its infancy and because they want to play it quite safe they opted for quite simple pieces that were not too trendy or directional. This is something that they would like to go for in the future. I have emailed feedback to the deisngers that they chose individually.
Simply Be by N Brown/J D Williams
Simply Be came to the showroom on Thursday to look at expending on their fast fashion section which has been doing extremely well! With the sell out success of one of our designers who has a recent account with Brand Alley, they have come back looking to buy into Fashion Enter designers and build a lasting relationship. We have emailed those designers chosen individually.
Confirmed meetings
No upcoming meetings confirmed as of yet but we will let you know when the next ones have been arranged.
