To aid retailers who may take payment over the phone, internet or through the post, the Association of Payment Clearing Services (APACS) has prepared two guides on the subject of ‘Card not present fraud’. Both of these guides can now be accessed via our website at www.british-shops.co.uk

 

APACS has also developed a CNP merchant education pack based on the principles of the successful Spot & Stop Card Fraud pack, called Spot & Stop Card Not Present Fraud. The pack is free of charge and can be ordered from the Card Watch website at www.cardwatch.org.uk a fraud prevention website run by APACS.
