Drop into the FC Designer Collective shop on Fonthill Rd with your garment (or textile) for free upcycling and repair support and tuition. Delivered to you by Islington Council and Fashion-Enter Ltd.

+ How to shorten and hem a trouser or skirt on a sewing machine (Woven and Jersey)

+ Learn about the different fabrics and how they are different in handling

+ How to insert a zip, buttons and trims

+ Techniques to upcycle an existing garment

+ Customisation

+ How to tailor an existing garment to your body shape
