Supporting Positive Mental Health

This morning FEL staff spent time reviewing their mental health with Jenni Sutton. Some of you may already know former FEL Development Director, Jenni, as she has a 17-year history with the company. Since leaving last year she has trained as a cognitive hypnotherapist and Belief Coding facilitator and is now in a position to offer support and guidance.
Today she spent an hour with staff to discuss strategies to overcome stress and anxiety and she will continue to support both staff and students in a group or one-to-one basis.

CEO Jenny Holloway comments: “As CEO I genuinely care about our staff and their wellbeing so this is why Jenni Sutton has come back to give her first ever presentation on how to help anxiety and how perception is everything!
“Stress is all around us and it’s how we handle that stressful situation that’s important. It was great to see how Jenni has expanded and grown as a person and how she’s changed her wants and needs as she enters the next decade of her life. This was a great presentation and very heartfelt with Jenni encouraging all to face their fears and embody the future.
“The learners from our FTA will be having their wellbeing seminar on 25th April at 10am at Haringey and then 2pm at Islington.”
