Happy 2021!
The Fashion-Enter team would first and foremost like to wish you all a Happy New Year! With the roll out of vaccines across the UK we are optimistic that 2021 will become a better year for all of us.
Lockdown and Fashion-Enter
In the meantime however, following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 4th January 2021 the Fashion Technology Academy will revert to all classes being held online. Garment production in our factories in both London and Newtown (Wales) will continue subject to orders and fabric deliveries and the Fashion Studio will continue as normal. Strict measures have been put in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and we encourage regular testing. Fashion-Enter Secures Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan from HSBC UK
We have secured a £250,000 Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan (CBILS) from HSBC UK which will help safeguard and protect all jobs during our expansion program which includes the new factory in Newtown, Wales and will help protect 77 local jobs.
Jenny Holloway, CEO of Fashion-Enter, said: “Our experienced stitchers will become a key asset for the business moving forwards. Not only will they play an important role in our growth plans in Wales but they will also assist the learning and development of new apprentices over the next year. Thanks to the support from our Relationship Manager at HSBC UK, Amran Miah, the business has become even stronger and I’m excited to see what the future holds.”
