The Official Launch: FC Designer Workspace

An official launch for the innovative FC Designer Workspace will now take place on the 17th September in line with the opening day of London Fashion Week.
For the last two years FEL has been working with Islington Council, Mayor of London and LEAP to transform what was a tired, disused car park into this innovative and affordable workspace that will support the borough’s designers and creatives.
The FC Designer Workspace will play a significant role in business and skills development for the local community by providing affordable studio space to rent alongside integrated services such as; tailored business support, mentoring, masterclasses, an on-site photography studio, state-of-the-art production facilities, networking events and exhibitions. While the neighbouring FC Designer Collective retail space will support further with exposure and sales.
The late afternoon / evening invitation only launch event will include drinks, networking, words from Jules Pipe and Jeremy Corbyn, sewing demonstrations and tours of the space.
