The Fashion Fix – 23rd April 2019

From the latest fashion store collaborations and A-list accessory launches to one of the most influential high street shops establishing an ethical vegan footwear collection, this week’s Fashion Fix is where it’s at!

New Shrimps X Warehouse Collaboration

Acknowledged for their vibrant faux fur coats modelled by Instagrammers a couple of years ago, or the beaded bags that were copied a million times over, cult buys are a thing of the past for Shrimps, as this week they’ve launched a capsule collection with high street brand Warehouse that includes stand-out accessible designs for all shoppers.

Imagine beautiful summer dresses, floaty tops and a range of awesome accessories, inspired by long, lazy days on the Italian coast, featuring idyllic dresses, daisy embroidered shirts and coordinating shorts, cute printed swimsuits, sparkly headbands, woven espadrilles and boater hats. Collection launched online and in selected stores from 18th April.

Top to bottom: Shrimps X Warehouse, QUAY Australia X Jlo sunglasses and Topshop’s vegan shoe range.

QUAY Australia X Jlo Sunglasses Collection

If they make us look like Jenny from the block, then that’s good enough for us! A powerful collection inspired by a woman equally as powerful, the QUAY X JLO line has been curated to unleash your inner diva. Teamed up with fiancé Alex Rodriguez, the search for the ultimate power sunnies has now been discovered and is delivered in an assortment of styles accentuated by luxe metal accents, XXL silhouettes, and eye-catching lens finishes.

Quay Australia’s website states: “Each pair is designed for you, to bring out the best of you—because putting on your sunglasses should feel like putting on your best self.” Take your pick from cat eyes, oversized, metallic lenses, colourful albeit classic aviators and Dinero styles. Shop the collection here.

Topshop Releases Brand New Vegan Shoe Range

Launched only last week, influential and fashion-forward high street giant, Topshop unveiled a footwear collection that is certainly a step in the right direction – being ethically minded and vegan-friendly.

This is the store’s debut foray into the world of sustainable, cruelty-free accessories, and this won’t be the only one either, as the store reveals there is even more to arrive. Designed alongside their existing premium shoe collections, the 12-piece line constitutes six varying styles, all in two colour combinations and fabulously trend-led. The must-have styles consist of bright block-heeled sandals, chunky silhouettes, snake print styles, plus more!

Until next time, xoxo, Katie
