SilkFred Brand Partnership Induction Afternoon

Fashion Enter’s in-house label – Belles of London was recently taken on by the online fashion shopping platform SilkFred and was invited to an informal induction afternoon.

Lorna Tavares, Fashion Enter’s Development Manager, met with Kate Dorkin and Clarissa Williams (pictured below with Lorna in the centre) from the SilkFred team to learn all about the company, how they operate and top tips on making the very best of the brand partnership with them.

Lorna and other brand partners watched a short video about SilkFred’s journey with CEO Emma Watkinson, she discussed how the company began, its ethos and its team as well as giving invaluable insight into selling fashion online. The video also introduced the main team players within their departments who spoke about brand, product imagery, and marketing through social media and the customer. This was followed by a tour of the office and a behind the scenes looks at a photo shoot, where the model was wearing the current Belles of London best selling dress – Ophelia in green silk.

Lorna also got to meet the SilkFred admin and IT team that look after the Belles account along with the opportunity to network and ask questions. Lorna said:  

“Thank-you SilkFred for your warm hospitality, really insightful, the enthusiasm and dedication from the team shone through, we are thrilled to be working with you. Not forgetting to mention that the Prosecco, sandwiches, miniature cakes and goody bag were fab!”
